Try these posture correcting poses to stretch your back. Go gently!
1. Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana) – Slowly Lean forward, holding your elbows – breathe and hang. Exhale to come up, and repeat.
2. Hero Pose (Virasana) – Sit on your heels and sit up straight with the crown of your head towards the sky.
3. Child’s Pose (Balasana) – Sit back on your heels and reach your arms out in front of you, and breath.
