To make this event even more special than it already is, coming to the film showing from her home in California is one of the stars of the film, Anodea Judith!
Anodea and I will engage in a lively discussion after the film, including a Q&A with the audience.
Anodea Judith, Ph.D., has been called a “prophet for our time.” Author of nearly a dozen works on the chakra system, healing, yoga, and social change, her book, “The Global Heart Awakens,” has won two literary awards.
Anodea brings years of experience as a therapist, social healer and global teacher to her understanding of history and the evolutionary process of social awakening.
“On the Path to Strawberry Fields” is a film that is full of hope about where we are and where we are going. While it doesn’t gloss over the crises we currently face and the dark clouds that block our view, at the same time it explains the root of these crises and how we are capable of moving past them to usher in a new paradigm and make a revolution.
In making the film I interviewed 24 distinguished luminaries from all walks of life, including Peter Yarrow, Donna Eden, Karenna Gore, John Perkins, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Mark Nepo and Anodea Judith.
In doing so, I knew I would be bringing together sage-like wisdom to tell the story of the positive movement that is happening all around the world. It is a movement towards a new type of paradigm, that of an evolved open culture, one that will bring forth a more holistic, sustainable and enlightened society and world.
