For the semi-nomadic sheepherders of rural Turkey, the internet is a way to keep up with news and socialize while on their solitary trips. Because they travel in remote areas, their means of internet access is provided by solar panels carried by a “plug-and-play” donkey!
This solar plug-and-play pack costs 2,800 liras with the Turkish government subsidizing half.
