What is a Low Density Lifestyle?

Density

When something is dense, it has mass, bulk and solidity. The denser it becomes, the more solid, rigid and inflexible it becomes.

What would happen to you if you had high density inside your body?  You would have, in essence, tangible blockages in your body and mind, due to the increase in solidity, rigidity and inflexibility.

This is something that can measurably be seen as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, atherosclerosis, cancer, and other serious health issues.  In other words, your health and well-being would suffer as you become rigid and tight of body and mind, because of the increase in density within.

High Density

This is what we call a High Density Lifestyle. It is the result of being overly stressed and burning your candle at both ends. When you are in this realm, you feel heavy, dull, lethargic, unfocused of mind, and dis-eased.

Low Density

And what if you had low or no density inside your body?  How would you feel if you had no tangible blockages? You would feel more in the flow and lighter of body, mind and spirit. You would then be healthier, happier, energetic, and more capable of living your life to your fullest potential.
