Switch to fiber-rich options:
Clear your kitchen of any heavily refined junk foods, including sugary breakfast cereals, biscuits and crisps. Any white, floury items such as white breads, pasta and rice should take a back seat – your body has to work much harder to digest these as they lack nutritional goodness and living enzymes. Switch to fiber-rich options such as wholegrain breads, quinoa, brown rice, wholegrain spelt pasta and buckwheat noodles.
