Mark Nepo on Awakening and the Turbulence of Being Alive

What does Mark mean by the relationship between awakening and the turbulence of being alive? “Heaven is here on earth,” Mark says, and “it’s in this messy, magnificent incarnation of being human, through the life of feeling, that connects the everyday with the eternal.”
