I sat down not too long ago with Itzhak Beery, a shamanic practitioner and author of the book, “The Gift of Shamanism,” for my Interviews with the Leading Edge video interview series.
We had an in-depth and enlightening conversation in which we talked about his unique background (he was born on a kibbutz in Israel and grew up an atheist), the synchronicities that led him onto the path of shamanism, and his immersion and initiation into the ways of the shaman and becoming a shaman himself.
Shamanism has a lot to teach us about healing, and has a lot to teach Western medicine about true and profound healing approaches. Itzhak Beery himself is a gifted healer with a tremendous grasp of native and indigenous healing approaches and wisdom, and is playing an important role in bringing shamanic wisdom into the West.
I invite you to watch the interview, which you can do here: Itzhak Beery interview.
